Jun 20, 2008 I'm personally not a huge fan of refrigerated, night-before sandwiches. The bread tends to suck moisture from the meat and absorb mayo and mustard. Plus moisture from the meat makes the cheese a little slimey. The sandwiches would be ok to eat (though not the best tasting) if you have to make them tonight.
